Venue fee & Deposit

No event date(s) are guaranteed until a contract is signed and the initial deposit is paid. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the venue fee is due upon signing. The remaining 50% non-refundable venue fee is due 60 days before the event date. A 100% non-refundable payment of the full venue fee is due upon signing for December & January events. Final guest count is due 7-10 days prior to your event.

Good Neighbor Policy & Noise Ordinance

Guests must observe neighborhood noise rules. Events scheduled on Sunday through Thursday must be completed by 10:30pm. Events scheduled on Friday and Saturday must be completed by midnight. Music will be turned down at 10:00pm on weekends. Guests leaving events are not permitted to loiter in front of the winery.

Parking

For events scheduled between 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday with more than 15 guests, street parking is quite limited; a shuttle, or Uber/Lyft/taxis, or group transportation is recommended. Events after 5 pm and on weekends, guests must park in designated La Honda Winery parking spots. La Honda Winery has approximately 60 spots available, and will supply parking lot maps to clients to distribute electronically to guests.

Please be respectful to our neighbors and park in designated red parking lots and keep the outside noise level to a minimum. Thank you!

Catering

Caterers and other vendors must be selected from Winery’s list of preferred caterers and other vendors. Alternatively, Renter may retain a caterer and other vendors not on the preferred list provided that such caterer and other vendors are approved by the Winery in advance of the event with expectations and limitations explicitly agreed, and that such caterer and other vendors have provided adequate proof of licensing and insurance. Additional fees may apply. No outside catering is permitted in December.

We have an extensive list of professional and respected preferred caterers and other vendors. Although we highly recommend these partners, guests may retain a caterer and other vendors not on the preferred list provided that the caterer and other vendors are approved by the Winery in advance of the event with expectations and limitations explicitly agreed. We also require such caterers and other vendors to provide adequate proof of licensing and insurance. Additional fees may apply.

Alcoholic Beverages

Only the Winery’s wine is allowed at Renter’s Event. The Winery will serve, in addition, beer, champagne, sodas and waters if Renter desires. No other alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Facility or the Premises. Renter shall be responsible to ensure that no one under the age of 21 years shall be served or otherwise consume alcohol at the Facility or on the Premises.

Children (any guests under 21 years old)

Guests under 21 years of age are allowed and welcome. They must be supervised by a responsible adult, and we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any consumption of alcohol by any guest under the age of 21. We reserved the right to request identification from any guest at any time.
