Fee & Deposit
We can help you understand the options, costs and availability on certain dates, just get in touch via the inquiry form.
No event dates are guaranteed until a contract is signed and the initial deposit is paid.
For February to November events, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the venue fee is due upon signing. The remaining 50% non-refundable venue fee is due 60 days before the event date.
For December & January events, a 100% non-refundable payment of the full venue fee is due upon signing.
Final guest count is due 7-10 days prior to your event.
Parking
For events scheduled between 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday with more than 15 guests, street parking is ‘city’ parking where folks either need to find a space on nearby (commercial) streets, or come via a shuttle, or Uber/Lyft/taxis, or shared transportation.
For events after 5 pm and on weekends, street parking is much easier and guests can park in the designated La Honda Winery parking lot spots marked in red on the map. La Honda Winery has approximately 60 spots available, and can supply parking lot maps for guests.
Please be respectful to our neighbors and park in designated red parking lots and keep the outside noise level to a minimum. Thank you!
Catering
We have an extensive list of professional and respected preferred caterers and other vendors. Although we highly recommend these partners as proven & reliable, guests may retain a caterer and other vendors not on the preferred list.
For other companies beyond our list, vendors need to be approved by the Winery in advance of the event with expectations and limitations explicitly agreed. We also require such caterers and other vendors to provide adequate proof of licensing and insurance. Additional fees may apply.
Alcoholic Beverages
Only the winery’s wine is allowed onsite. We will serve, beer, champagne, sodas and waters as you desire. No other alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Facility or the Premises.
Renter shall be responsible for ensuring that no one under the age of 21 years shall be served or otherwise consume alcohol at the Facility or on the Premises.
Neighbors & Noise
Guests must observe neighborhood noise rules.
While we welcome DJs and event live music, events scheduled on Sunday through Thursday must be completed by 10:30pm. Events scheduled on Friday and Saturday must be completed by midnight.
Music will be turned down (so it’s not audible across the street) at 10:00pm on weekends.
Guests leaving events are not permitted to loiter in front of the winery.
Children (any guests under 21 years old)
Guests under 21 years of age are allowed and welcome. They must be supervised by a responsible adult, and we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any consumption of alcohol by any guest under the age of 21. We reserved the right to request identification from any guest at any time.
